As a famous poet once said “having a sister is like having a best friend you can’t get rid of. You know whatever you do, they’ll still be there.”
One of the greatest gifts God has given me is having an older sister like Susanna. Not only is she extremely caring but she will drop everything in a heartbeat to help anyone who needs it. I will never forget as a 1st grader, running to my sister crying because a bird pooped on my head. Susanna was so quick to leave her friends, take me to the bathroom and help me get cleaned up.
Over the years, I have watched Susanna become a Proverbs 31 woman. Her and Colin are amazing examples of what it means to have a relationship centred around Christ and I cannot wait to see what they accomplish for the Kingdom.

Fashion, music, sports are forever my interests. A total homebody but I love a time out with friends and family.
The memory that sticks out the most in our friendship is when we went to see Black Panther in theatres. For some reason we both were so hyped from seeing that movie, that we expressed the purest form of ourselves through laughter and just being in each other’s presence. It was a great time and a vibe I’ll never forget. We also used to make these daily vlogs in her car while driving around haha. Never progressed with that but at the time it was so fun to make together. Susanna girl, I love you to the moon!
Susanna and I have continued to be great friends over the course of these past twelve years since the ninth grade. From the moment I met Susanna she has always been a beacon of love. During our days together at St.Roch her caring and bubbly personality always shined. I am ecstatic to be standing by Susanna as she begins this new chapter of her life with Colin.
Susanna and I have been child-hood friends. I have always looked up to her as the big sister I never had. The way she conducts herself with honour, stays strong in her faith and dances like no one’s watching inspires me until this day.My favourite memory with Susanna is arguing as kids over which Cheetah Girl we wanted to be and learning the dance moves with both of our sisters.
I’m so excited for Susanna and Colin’s future and I know their marriage will inspire others as Susanna has inspired me.
I’m currently pursuing graduate studies in the United States. I love to read, watch videos and I am a skincare enthusiast!
I have known Susanna almost forever! From at home daycare playing together until now I have been blessed to know Susanna and have her in my life. We’re one of those friends that don’t get to see each other too frequently but every time we get together we pick up where we left off, with the same amount of laughter and joy as when we were children. I consider her another sister and am so excited for her future!
My favourite memory of Susanna is during high school , we were some of the few people who came to school on a snow day. Susanna being the big sister she is asked my sister and I if we were at school and told us we were welcome to hang out with her. At the time she was in grade 11, I was in grade 9, we spent hours together sitting on the stairs and she was singing so many songs beautifully. I remember asking her why she didn’t sing more with the voice she had. I distinctly recall her saying she preferred the background, was shy in front of crowds and didn’t like doing solos. Haha! Fast forward to today it’s remarkable to see how far she has come. It’s been amazing to see how much she has evolved and her comfortability with embracing her God- given talent!
I can’t wait to celebrate with Susanna and Colin on their big day!

I have known Susanna for almost my whole life. As kids we would spend hours playing games, watching movies, and singing and dancing together in her basement. As teenagers, we led worship together, rehearsing songs at her house and before services. Between Susanna’s beautiful vocals, my off-pitch harmony, and her constant encouragement and support, we had many laughs. I’m so happy to see Susanna at this stage in her life and am excited to see what else God has in store for her and Colin.
Mr Colin Catney
Colin is a Spirit filled and growing leader in the LORD. A man with a strong testimony that can be observed through his swift and drastic transformation. He lives in Brampton Ontario, and knows his way around the Greater Toronto Area. Family oriented, Colin is a genuine brother that deeply cares about the people around him and will do anything for them.
Colin and Susanna met, and instantly everyone knew it was a divine appointment from God. From the point of their meeting to now, we have seen such a growth in both of their characters. Growing in maturity and redeeming the time, Colin has stepped up, and is now looking onwards and upwards towards the great calling that God has for him.
It is amazing and motivating to see Colin and Susanna together. They are a massive influence for other young men and women of God in the community.

I'm 15 years old, I love to play football, basketball, and I love to animate. As the youngest of 3 siblings you see a lot of things. One of the things I have noticed Is how much Susanna has grown into a strong woman, and In the past few months Colin has become more like a brother to me, and at least now I have someone to wash the plates with. I am looking forward to becoming Uncle Daniel. Love you guys!!
Love,
David
