Colin and I met at BCF Young Adult ministries. While working on my music, I was searching for a studio and reached out to Colin on Instagram about any Contacts he may know . We spoke a few times after that just small talk here and there. One day he messaged me to inquire about my Dad’s Church, Believers House of Hope. We set up a call for that same day and the rest is history!

When I first met Susanna, I was most intrigued by her sense of humour and her big and beautiful smile. Also, immediately I could tell she was very intelligent and individualistic. But most importantly and the reason we first got together; from the very beginning I knew she was a virtuous Woman of God. Being equally yoked was important to both of us from the very beginning and we put our trust in The Lord to work everything else out, in Jesus name. - Colin
I was shocked by how well the proposal was planned. I had no idea that it was going to happen on Oct 31st 2021. It was a normal Sunday to me outside of the fact that some pictures were going to be taken by Colin’s friend for the church website; I didn’t think anything of it. My Dad called me up to sing at the end of service, which is not unusual and then halfway through the music stopped. I had no idea what was going on. I thought there was an issue with the sound. Colin then walks up to the front with a microphone, and I was looking at Colin like what is happening. Then he got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. -Susanna
We are both over the moon excited to start this next chapter of our lives together. It was truly God’s plan for us to meet when we did, and we both knew that this was going to be something special. It brings us both joy knowing that we are building a solid foundation in Christ, so that no matter what’s ahead we know that we are standing on solid ground. We know that our future is bright and as we continue to seek God and his righteousness, all things will be added to us and work out for our good.
