When Shauna and Tre connected on Coffee Meets Bagel in early 2017, the two were eager to meet in person. Tre was intrigued by Shauna's artistic vibe, and Shauna was taken in by Tre's cover photo of him with a wallaby (the fact that he had dreamy eyes helped, too.)
But when it came to the first date, sparks didn't fly. Sparks didn't even leave the ground. According to Shauna, Tre showed up late to White Wolf Cafe and wouldn't stop talking about french toast they served there, and Shauna had "closed-off body language."
But, they gave it another go. Date #2 – bowling and a ropes course – was the true start of something special. When it came time to define the relationship, Shauna was hesitant to say "Yes" right away. But the couple went for it, not long after celebrating Walter's birthday at Wekiva Springs!
It's a good thing she did: Tre proposed in 2019, and the couple are set to tie the knot Fall 2020 in Jamaica
