To make things simple, we've hired a Destination Weddings Expert (DWE) Travel Agents to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana - All inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below, filling out information for all guests in that room.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the (PUJ) airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We have a during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Brittany and Peter's Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be "walked" and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

What Does This Rate Include?

This rate includes all of your taxes and fees as well as your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transfers.

Rate does not include airfare or travel insurance.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana - PUJ) is included!

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

Every guest must have a valid passport.

You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.

But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door.

Want some thrills for the whole family? Consider an excursion. How about some “me time"? Come replenish in the delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 15 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
