If you arrive before noon on Saturday, you are eligible to attend this event for a cost.  Please see email that went out from Megan's team for more details.

Rehearsal - 2:45pm meet in main Lobby to go to Beach Deck for run through from 3-4pm

4-6pm - Break!

Dinner - Carnival Terrace at 6pm until 8pm

Dinner menu is set - if you have dietary restriction, please reach out to Liz

Dress Code is required at our specialties restaurants (long pants, close shoes for gentlemen)

Meet at the Mix Bar at 7:45pm to grab a beverage and walk to the Beach!

4:30pm - Please arrive at the main Lobby before this time. Our coordinator will be walking everyone over.

5:00pm - Ceremony at Beach Pergola begins

6:00-7:00pm - Cocktail hour on Beach Deck (next to pergola)

*wedding party and family will take photos 5:30-6:30pm*

7:00-10:00pm - Dinner, dancing & reception in Garden Area (near beach deck)

BIG buffet, open bar and lit up dance floor. It’s going to be fun.

10pm onward - After party at Scores Nightclub - Causal ambiance with DJ, TVs and pool tables.  Guests must be 18 or older to enter after 10pm

For those guests who plan to stay the 3 night minimum, we recommend staying Saturday - Tuesday to make the most of the planned activities over the weekend

Come stop by one of the restaurants at the resort before you fly out to say goodbye!  If not, feel free to sleep in :)
