Lavid‘s Wedding in Paradise

We recomment you to fly to "Santa Marta" (usually via Bogota) and take a 1 hour taxi to "Hotel Playa Koralia" in Buritaka for around 30 USD/CHF. Usually a return flight cost between 700-1200 CHF from Switzerland to Santa Marta.

Flying though Europe (Paris, Madrid or Frankfurt) is generelly easier that through the US. If you book a flight through the US, please keep in mind to get the ESTA visa and remember that you have to pick-up and drop you luggage the first time you enter the US territory (usually New York, Philadelphia or Miami).

If you add some travels before/after the wedding, you can find some inspiration in the "Travel Colombia" tab. We recommend to arrive 2-3 days before the wedding, to reduce the jet-lag a bit - you can for example spend some days in beautiful "Cartagena" at the Caribbean coast or in Bogota, the capital of Colombia.

Playa Koralia has a great kitchen and even if you don't sleep in one of the bungalows, you can still eat there lunch and dinner. If you are interested to do so, please contact Playa Koralia via email koralia@koralia.com

The wedding hotel "Playa Koralia" offers 18 bungalows for 2-6 people and is fully built on sand. It includes restaurant, bar and spa area and for guests who stay at other hotels, it's possible to eat at Koralia with the other guests.

If you are into "Glamping" (Glamorous Camping) don't miss the chance to stay at Playa Koralia's beachfront Glamping ground. They offer big tents, with confortable mattresses to sleep on, and the best view. If you have your own tent, you can also stay at Koralia's beachfront camping ground. 

Toilets and showers are available. All meals are included (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Organic, healthy and top cuisine!

This hotel just reopened in November as "Viajero Tayrona Hostel & Ecohaby" and has a pool. It has around 20 bungalows, 4 and 6 share rooms and is located less than 5min of Koralia (walk along the beach!).
