Travel Information
For your convenience, there will be shuttle buses transporting guests to the venues on both days. Shuttle buses will be waiting OUTSIDE the front lobby.
SANGEET:
Event Time: 6:00 - 10:00 PM
Location: Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport
Shuttle bus pick up times from the hotel:
5:45 PM - 6:45 PM
(continuous loop shuttle for 1 hour)
Shuttle bus departure times from the venue:
9:30 PM - 10:30 PM
(continuous loop shuttle for 1 hour)
The Sangeet location is less than a mile away, so the same shuttle will be going back and forth on a 1-hour continuous loop during both the departures and returns.
WEDDING:
Event Time: 9:00 AM - Baraat (Groom's arrival)
Location: BAPS (CHINO HILLS, CA)
Shuttle bus pick up time from the hotel:
7:30 AM
Shuttle bus departure times from the venue:
1:30 PM
There will be breakfast served at BAPS until 9:00 AM, hence the early departure! Please eat breakfast and remain near the breakfast location until the Baraat.
