We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.

We've chosen to stay at the Casa de Campo an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!

To make things simple, we've hired a Groups Travel Agent team, Destination Weddings Expert, to help our guests arrange accommodations. They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. There is a 3 night stay minimum.
2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per room is due in order to secure your room.
3. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up 3 adults.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We have a limited number rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.
5. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will not be able to attend any wedding events.

No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana. We recommend booking your flights as early as they become available.

Words of Advice- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

CHANGES/LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
If any changes are needed, please ensure they are submitted in writing. Changes made within 90 days of travel will incur a $200 fee per booking, and last-minute bookings within 30 days will not be available.

DETAILS FOR BOOKING YOUR ROOM
To be a part of our wedding group, kindly book through the group rates provided by Travel with the Trio LLC, rather than booking directly with the hotel. We've secured competitive group rates and a room block to simplify the process for our dear family and friends.

The pre-negotiated rates include hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping, and gratuities. Room categories are available on a first-come, first-served basis within the block.

It's important to note that, to book at these rates, you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

The nearest airport to the resort is Punta Cana Airport (PUJ). We recommend booking your flights as early as possible upon them becoming available.

You have the flexibility to arrange your own flight reservations with your preferred airline, which allows you to maximize any accumulated points or miles. However, it's important to note that if you choose to book your flights through Travel with the Trio LLC, there will be an additional transactional fee of $39, and you won't be able to redeem points or miles for your booking. 

If you're interested in booking a combined flight and hotel package, Travel with the Trio LLC is more than happy to assist with that option as well.

While Travel with the Trio LLC strives to offer competitive flight prices, please be aware that they cannot guarantee to have better deals than what you might find independently. There could be situations where they are unable to book your airfare if they don't have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines.

Furthermore, Travel with the Trio LLC cannot facilitate the use of credit card points or miles toward your flight booking. To aid in your flight search and pricing monitoring, you can explore two of their recommended websites:

CHECK YOUR PASSPORT!

Friendly reminder to check your passports expiration date. Six months validity recommended, at least 3 months validity beyond your planned date of departure per Dominican Republic’s guidelines.

To secure your room, a non-refundable* deposit of $200 per room booked is required. This deposit not only secures your room but also provides flexibility to add or remove travelers up until 60 days prior to travel.

On your credit card statement, you'll notice that credit card payments are processed with CLASSIC VACATIONS. 

Credit card processing take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Regarding refunds, here's how it works:

if you cancel with insurance before the final payment date, any eligible refunds will be provided directly by Travel with the Trio LLC and/or CLASSIC VACATIONS.

However, if you cancel after the final payment date, you'll be responsible for filing a claim with the insurance company to receive your refund, and rest assured, we'll supply all the necessary documentation if needed. 

Optional Travel Protection pricing is available upon request, typically ranging from 6-10% of the total trip cost.

Why should you consider travel insurance?
- It covers last-minute trip cancellations due to covered reasons.
- It reimburses you for eligible meals, accommodation, and transportation expenses during covered delays.
- It provides coverage in case you get sick or injured while traveling, including medical evacuation if needed.
- It offers 24-hour assistance in a crisis.

You can purchase travel insurance up to 7 calendar days after your deposit payment date.

What to expect 

Here's what you can anticipate after securing your spot: - A booking confirmation email with acknowledgment. - A receipt displaying your room category, dates, and remaining balance. - An insurance acknowledgment form (to be completed if declined). - Payment reminders are sent to the email address on file. - A friendly reminder email 2 weeks before your final payment date. - An email -45 days prior to your trip to request your flight information. - An email 2 weeks before your travel date, containing links to your final travel documents.
