We're honored that you're considering traveling to beautiful Riviera Maya to join us in our celebration. For some of you, this is your first time traveling or your first time to an all-inclusive.

IS THERE A COVID-19 POLICY OR RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE AT THE RESORT / YOUR WEDDING?
At the moment, there are no COVID-19 restrictions in place for travel to Mexico or the stay on the resort. For the latest information on COVID-19 Protocols at the resort please check this page. They also list their hygiene measures here.
IS THERE A NANNY / KID-SITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY?
For parents traveling with young kids, there are several options for childcare on the property.
For children 4-12 years old:
Roxity Kids Club offers outdoor pool and indoor activities during the stay. Parents/Relatives must be present at the pool activities, but can drop off children and pick up for the indoor activities.
For children 6 months - 12 years old:
Individual Nanny service is also available to book on-site for $97 USD per four hours (Cash only). Each extra consecutive hour is $20 USDYou must book and pay one day in advance. Contact the resort and ask for the Roxity Kids Club to book.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN CANCUN IN EARLY JULY?
July is one of the hottest and most humid months in Cancun with average highs between 80 - 90 degress F and evenings in the mid-70s F. Humidity is also usually quite high between 60-97%.
Plan on lots of sunscreen, hats, coverups, etc. and be sure you're staying well-hydrated (i.e. drink lots of bottled water provided on site).
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING?

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A PLUS ONE?
Check your Save the Date sent via email. If it was addressed to you and your partner or "plus guest" this indicates that you have a plus one available.
When you RSVP on the website, you will also be prompted to enter your information and your plus one’s information if you have one.
CAN WE HAVE 4 ADULTS STAY IN ONE ROOM ON THE RESORT?
Most of the rooms on the resort are only reservable for 2-3 adults total. There are two options if you're looking to stay 4 adults to a room, however, both would require an upgrade as these are not a part of our room block. One option would be a Deluxe Family Two Bedroom in the Family Section of the resort. The other would be to book one of the upgraded suites if available.
