We're very excited to have you join us for our destination wedding! We've chosen to stay at Secrets/Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort, an all-inclusive resort in Playa Mujeres, Mexico (just outside of Cancun)!

**Our wedding ceremony and reception will be on Thursday, October 19th, 2023. We have a variety of rooms reserved for durations of 3 to 7 nights and invite you to stay for as long as you would like. We will be staying at the resort from Sunday, October 15th, to Sunday, October 22nd.

To make things simple, we have hired a destination wedding travel specialist to help our guests arrange accommodations. Her company name is Keta Lindstrom Travel, LLC.

We have included all the details you will need about the trip, but please review these important points first:

1. To reserve your stay, please only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Do NOT have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend two people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Please note that triple-occupancy does not make much of a difference in per-person pricing. Single occupancy has a surcharge, so please consider bringing a guest with you to get double-occupancy rates.
3. Private Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price! No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible (minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person).
5. Please join us for an adults-only vacation.

We completely understand that the cost of travel and taking time off work may not be doable for some. Please join us if you are able, but we will gladly accept your warm wishes from afar!

Nestled away on a dedicated beach area within the tranquil gated community of Playa Mujeres, explore the beautiful Secrets/Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort. Just 10 miles north of downtown Cancun and a short drive from Cancun International Airport, we will have access to two all-inclusive resorts in one!

You are welcome to stay at the adult-only Secrets Playa Mujeres, or at the family-friendly Dreams Playa Mujeres. With Unlimited-Luxury, your stay includes your dining and drinks at any of the numerous restaurants and bars, use of many pools and the onsite waterpark, as well as endless day and nighttime activities. On top of that, everything is delivered to you with top-notch service! In addition, there is an onsite dolphinarium, a beautiful spa, and a nearby 18-hole Greg Norman golf course at additional cost.

Keta Lindstrom Travel, LLC, will be managing travel for all of our guests! In addition to competitive prices, she offers personalized service. You can contact Keta directly for all questions, concerns and booking assistance.

Most importantly, her strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of our wedding group booked through her will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

You can choose to stay on the family-friendly Dreams side of the resort, or if you want an adult-only experience, choose the Secrets side of the resort. The two properties are connected by a walking path, and golf carts are always available to transport you anywhere on either property.

Our wedding events will be taking place at Secrets Playa Mujeres as adults-only events.

All rooms have a sitting area, a furnished private terrace, and a jetted tub. The bathroom offers a rain shower, double vanities, water closet, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. There is also a steam iron, as well as a safe in each room for securing valuables.

All rooms are available with either one king bed or two queen beds, and bed type is ON REQUEST with the resort.

We have rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agent will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the original rooms we have held. However, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes our group's private nonstop roundtrip airport transfers.

When booking your reservation, please be sure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form - it is the last step of the reservation process. It authorizes our agent to charge your card for your deposit. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.

Environmental Tax

The Municipal Government of Isla Mujeres will be charging all guests in the area of Costa Mujeres an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $31.12 Mexican Pesos (approx. $1.70 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area.

It is highly recommended to purchase travel protection! All payments are non-refundable after the final payment date, unless travel protection is purchased.

Cancel for Any Reason coverage is available only at the time of purchase. There is a FUTURE TRAVEL CREDIT option OR a CASH BACK option to choose from. Pricing varies with the cost of the room - options and pricing will be shown on your booking page. Just notify Keta if you need to cancel - NO need to file a claim!

If you don't choose to purchase travel protection at the time of booking, you will have an opportunity to purchase traditional travel insurance when you make final payment. This will NOT include a Cancel for Any Reason Waiver but will allow you to cancel for covered reasons only. A claim would need to be filed with supporting documentation. Pricing for a policy like this is usually 6-10% of the vacation cost.

***If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Keta Lindstrom Travel, LLC, permission to charge your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than May 17, 2023, in order to secure your room and nonstop roundtrip transfers.

A Second Deposit Payment of 50% of each guest's total reservation cost is due by June 7, 2023. (Email reminders will be sent to each guest in advance)
