Julie's version...

Zach and I met in 2010 at Tarleton. It was my first year there and he was a Residential Leader in my friend's hall. I saw him around from time to time and formally met him a while later when he was casually dating my best friend. When meeting him then, I could never have predicted this, but I did get an unshakable feeling that he would be important to me, even though I didn't quite understand why. Years later we found ourselves hanging out more and more. Then we found ourselves single, and it's as if one day we finally realized we loved each other and we never looked back.

Zach's version...

Julie and I first met in the fall of 2010. I’ll never forget, we were in our friend Danielle’s room and we immediately hit it off. I think we talked for a solid half-hour about random things and even proposed being roommates at some point in the future. We wouldn’t be roommates for at least five years and under wildly different circumstances, but we quickly became close friends and regularly hung out. We would go to each other for advice and friendship or when I needed a ride back home because my house was conveniently on the way to hers. We even joined a softball team together, which is saying something if you know me, but we only attended one game, in which we sat on the bench the entire time and left early to go get drinks at Fuzzy’s Tacos. I knew Julie was special the moment I met her and I quickly knew that she was the one after we finally started dating.

Our Babies

If you know anything about us, then you probably know how much we love our pups. Millie and Oliver go just about everywhere with us, and they definitely deserve some spotlight since they won't be able to attend the wedding. Oliver is on the left (8 months) and Millie on the right (3 years).
