Transportation

Transportation will be provided from the AC Biltmore Hotel and Mountain Shadows Hotel for the Welcome Party:

6:00 pm Departure from AC Biltmore

6:15 pm Departure from Mountain Shadows

From the welcome party:

9:00 pm Departure from Optima and will stop at both hotels

Dress Code

Black Tie Optional :

-Tuxedos encouraged but not required 

-Gowns or Elevated Cocktail Dresses acceptable 

Schedule

4:30 - 5:00 - Ceremony

5:00 - 6:30 - Cocktail hour

6:30 - 8:30 - Dinner 

8:30 - 11:00 - Dancing & Drinks!

Transportation

Transportation will be provided from the AC Biltmore Hotel and Mountain Shadows Hotel to El Chorro:

4:00 pm Departure from AC Biltmore

4:10 pm Departure from Mountain Shadows

Shuttles will circulate from 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm from El Chorro to return you to your respective hotels.

 


Details:

Dress for comfort and bring your swimsuit! We will be watching Baseball! Cubs play at 1:05! There is a pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pits and lots of places to relax and recover! Light food will be provided & BYOB

Transportation

No transportation will be provided. Uber & Lyft are accessible from both hotels!
