We are sensitive to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and are understanding if you are unable to attend for medical reasons or familial obligations. As a precautionary measure, we are kindly asking that our guests please provide proof of vaccination status or a negative test result within 3 days of the event. This can be done in advance via email/text or at the door.

We also encourage the use of masks on the day of the event in indoor gathering areas. Per CDC, wearing a mask is most important if you have a weakened immune system or if, because of your age or an underlying medical condition, you are at increased risk for severe disease, or if someone in your household has a weakened immune system, is at increased risk for severe disease, or is unvaccinated. If this applies to you or your household, you might choose to wear a mask regardless of the level of transmission in the area. We understand that some of those invited may have chosen not to receive their vaccine for various reasons. We sincerely apologize to those who are unable to attend for this reason but are hopeful that the option of obtaining a negative test result will be a viable alternative for you. We simply wish to exercise precautions to organize a safe and memorable event that is not enjoyed at the expense of our friends' and families' wellbeing. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

For guests arriving from outside of Florida by airplane, the most accessible airport for a planned itinerary is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), as the Welcome Party will be located in Orlando. Further, on the day of the ceremony, a shuttle service from a location in Orlando will be provided for transportation to the Wedding Venue at Haus 820. The shuttle ride is approximately one hour and will be available for a return after the reception concludes.

Since the ceremony will be located in Lakeland, Tampa can also be an accessible location if you are planning an itinerary to the Tampa International Airport (TPA). Please note that there will NOT be a shuttle service from Tampa to Lakeland on the day of the wedding. If you plan to drive from Tampa to Lakeland on the day of the ceremony, please do so safely! However, we have also included a list of nearby hotels in Lakeland.

Ubers and Lyfts are readily accessible at the Ground Transportation section of both airports. There are also a variety of rental car options for those looking to rent a vehicle for the weekend.
