We are so excited you can join us! In order to secure your space simply follow the booking process listed below: 


1. Click on the "YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE" tab on the left (or scroll down) to learn more about the details and pricing of your custom travel package we have put together for you through our dedicated travel specialist. 

Please note that package pricing is based on Toronto guests. Should you require pricing from a different Canadian departure city, or for an International departure, please contact our travel agent directly for your custom quote. 


2.  Under the package prices, you can click on the "Click here to book" link or access that same link here:

3. A booking request form will pop up that you must fill out. The following information will be required to complete the booking request form: 

BRIDE & GROOM NAME: Tara and Neil 

TRAVEL AGENT NAME: Amanda 

* Make sure that you also have your passport and credit card information available so that you can fill out these details on the booking request form. 


4. The deposit required is $250.00 per person. This initial deposit is non-refundable and due by September 1, 2020 in order to secure your reservation. 


5. Once you have submitted the "booking request form",  Amanda will process your booking and secure your space.


6. Once your booking has been processed, an invoice will be issued and payment will be processed within 72 hours.


7. Should you wish to make additional payments after your deposit,  simply click on the "Make a Payment tab" on the left and click on the payment form link.


SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT DUE DATES FOR YOUR TRIP: 

September 1, 2020 - Your initial deposit of $250.00 is due to secure your reservation & booking to our wedding. 

February 1, 2021 - 50% of the balance of your trip is due

*** PLEASE NOTE, WE HAVE UPDATED THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE . YOUR BALANCE OWING WILL BE DUE ON THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE OF APRIL 1, 2021. (NO PAYMENT OF 50% IS REQUIED ON FEBRUARY 1.)

Make a Payment

Once you have completed your booking, if you would like to make additional payments through out the year please do so by filling out our secure payment request form below. Please note that your initial deposit is required by September 1, 2020, with final balance due by April 1, 2021. Should you wish to make any additional payments in between these due dates, you can reach out to Amanda anytime to make additional payments, or your payment in full.

Please note that payments are not automatically processed.  Amanda will receive your payment request and process these payments manually. Please allow up to 72 hours for a payment to be processed. 

If you are interested in setting up a payment plan we now offer Payment arrangements through a company called UPLIFT.  This great company will finance your trip upfront and allow you 11 months to pay the trip off.  This is a great option if you are unable to make the full payment by April 1, 2021. If you are interested in learning more about this option, please reach out to Amanda. This program is O.A.C and does have interest fees associated with it.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Please click on the Make a Payment link on the left and side. Click on the Make a Payment Link and a new window will open up. Please have your confirmation #57071091


WHAT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:

We require that all guests travelling complete the BOOKING REQUEST FORM

When completing the form, you will be asked to input the following information for Tara & Neil's wedding group:

Confirmation # 57071091
Bride & Groom Name: Tara & Neil
Travel Agent Name: Amanda

And please make sure to have your passport ready and credit card details to complete your booking through our booking request form.


DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

Yes. You can make a payment at anytime by selecting the Make a Payment option on the left. As an alternative you can also chose to finance your trip through Uplift.

Uplift will pay for your trip in full and then allow you to make 11 additional monthly payments to pay for your trip in full. This option will extend out your final payment deadline and may make a more affordable option for our guests.


HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?

If you are interested in options that are outside of the current group block (travel from December 27- Jan 3) or would like a different room category please fill out the booking request form and in the comments please ask for a quote. Include in your comments which duration or room category you would like more information on.


HOW LONG DOES THE QUOTING PROCESS TAKE FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE:

When you request a customized quote allow up to 14 days to receive pricing back. Reserving space for a group is a unique process and is different than booking a family vacay or a trip online.


WHAT DOES ALL- INCLUSIVE MEAN?

Your booking includes a room at the all-inclusive resort, airfare and transfers between the airport and resort.
What is all-inclusive?
All-inclusive includes all of your meals, snacks, soda, coffee, tea, water, beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, in room mini-bar and entertainment.


DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, passports are required to enter Jamaica.  Your passport must not expire within 6 months after travel.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP:

We strongly recommend Trip Cancellation and Out of Country insurance. This provide peace of mind and protects your trip in the event you need to cancel. We use Manulife Insurance for all of our coverage and recommend the Premium Protection Plan.


If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Glow Travel and Events immediately. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date that Glow Travel and Events is notified in writing of cancellation.


Cancellation charges:
* One Hundred and Twenty (120) days or more prior to departure the applicable deposit is non-refundable.
* One Hundred and Nineteen -(119) days to Ninety (90) days prior to departure date: 50% of the total cost, including taxes, fees and surcharges, per person.
* Eighty Nine (89) days or less, prior to departure date: 100% of total cost, including taxes, fees and surcharges, per person.
** Total cost is all money due and/or paid to Glow Travel and Events**


WHY DO I NEED TO BOOK WITH THE GROUP?

It is very important that you book with the group. We have secured competitive pricing for all of our guests. When booking with the group this ensures that your package is protected (you are booking with a TICO certified advisor) and also ensures that your booking is not bumped should the resort sell out. We submit our booking forms to the resorts months in advance and they do their best to try and coordinate the group together.
