Please follow these simple instructions when you're ready to book your room:

STEP 1: REVIEW THE DETAILS BELOW.
Please review all the information below regarding the resort and rooms available to book. The prices of the rooms are listed per person.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM.
When you know your travel dates and which room you'd like to book, go ahead and complete the reservation form (below).

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR INVOICE.
After you have submitted the reservation form, Megan or Cara will email you an official invoice + a travel insurance quote.

STEP 4: APPLY YOUR DEPOSIT.
Once you have reviewed all the details and the insurance quote, you will pay the deposit. After the deposit is processed you will receive an updated invoice showing the remaining balance.

STEP 5: YOU'RE BOOKED!
Now it's time to book your flights, if you haven't done so already. Once you book your flights, you can forward your flight confirmation to cara@bridietravel.com.

You will receive plenty of email reminders from Bridie Travel reminding you to make a monthly payment (if you wish), to submit your flight info and a final payment reminder. You will also receive more information as you get closer to travel to help you better prepare for your trip.

It has 900 suites and is divided into 5 buildings called Houses: Viento, Tierra, Espiral, Agua (18 years old +), and Fuego (18 years old +). The room categories selected for the wedding are located in Casa Viento, Casa Tierra and Casa Espiral.

Our chefs Alejandro Ruiz, Miguel Bautista and Luis Arzapalo form the Gastronomic Group of Hotel Xcaret México. Their culinary creations are part of our All-Fun Inclusive concept.

Chef Carlos Gaytán deserves a special distinction, to have the first Mexican to have a Michelin Star, who has his own 5 diamond restaurant named Ha’.

You deserve to be pampered and we know how. Harmonize with the energy of the universe in Muluk Spa, a mystical sanctuary that fuses ancient techniques with the latest in products for your skin. Spa Menu.

For you to continue in the total wellness path through fun hotel activities, we have 3 gyms, paddle and tennis courts, open space functional training circuit, yoga lessons, meditation sessions and non-motorized aquatic activities like paddle board and kayak.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico’s All-Fun Inclusive concept aims to make the world a happier place by spreading their great love for Mexico. That is why with your stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico you have unlimited access and round-trip transportation to excursion and adventure within the Xcaret Group including: Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Xenses, Xavage, and Xenotes.

Wedding guests will receive an email in November/December with more details on how to reserve your spots for the adventure parks. No action is needed on your end at this time, but feel free to start familiarizing yourself with the different parks with a quick synopsis of each location below:

Xcaret
Known for: mix of culture, nature, archeology, amusement and more!
Includes cultural activities (a mayan village, horse exhibition, mexican folk art museum, pre-hispanic performances, papantla flyers, and archeological sites) as well as highlights for nature lovers (coral reef aquarium, aviary, wildlife, butterfly pavilion, sea turtles and more)

Xel-Ha
Known for: snorkeling!
Includes scenic lighthouse, xel ha snorkel, river tour, cenotes and more.

Xplor & Xplor Fuego
Known for: ziplines and adventure!
Includes ziplining, amphibious vehicles, underground river rafting and more. Option to experience the Xplor park at night is known as Xplor Fuego.

Xoximilco
Known for: a great party!
This is modeled after the real Xoximilco, a World Heritage site in Mexico City. You will board a colorful gondola and experience Mexican culture, customs and traditions through music, dance, games and food. Dinner, dessert and open bar included on the gondola.

Xenses
Known for: playing with your senses!
Includes Xensatorium (a pitch black cave you walk through with different ecosystems. You get through by touching, feeling and experiencing different temperatures, water, mountains, forests, jungles, and plants), riverlaxing (a river float), bird flight (zip line where you lay on your stomach in a bird suit) and more.

Xavage
Known for: extreme adventure!
Includes kayaking, ropes courses, kids water park, white water rafting, zip line, monster trucks and more.

Xenotes
Known for: cenotes!
Includes assisted rappelling into a cenote, zip-lines and cliff jumps, an ancient cenote, kayaking and more.

We are holding 20 rooms for 3 night stays within the travel dates of January 22-29, 2025. A 3 night minimum stay is required. Requests for early arrival and extended departures beyond the dates of January 22 to January 29 must be requested in advance of the deposit date and are subject to availability.

What Does This Rate Include?
The rate includes all of your taxes and fees (unless otherwise noted), as well as private group airport/resort/airport transfers.

Navigating the rooms and rates:
Please review the following room categories and choose which one you prefer to book. When you complete the reservation form, be sure to include your travel dates and the room category of your choice in the notes.

Roommates:
If you are sharing a room with someone please include the 2nd guest’s email address under ‘Email Address 2’ so both guests will receive a copy of the invoice along with future emails from Bridie Travel that are related to your trip. If you reside at a different address that your roommate, make sure to include the second passenger’s contact info, phone number and address in the notes field.

If you would like each roommate to have a separate invoice please note this in the comments section and we will reach out for additional information before completing your booking.

It is not advised to fly to Cozumel (CZN) or Tulum (TQO) Airports as they are much further away and there will be an additional cost for the transfer.

IMPORTANT TO DO:
Submit your flight info to Bridie Travel no later than Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

After you book your flight you’ll need to submit your flight itinerary to us. We need this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Cancun International Airport (CUN) arrival and departure transfers, in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning wedding events.

You can submit your flights one of two ways:
1. Enter your flight information via the online form that will be emailed out closer to your departure date.
OR
2. Forward a screenshot of your arrival and departure fights showing your airline, flight number, arrival/departure dates and times, as well as your confirmation number from the airline to Cara. Flight schedules can be forwarded at any time.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc.

Bridie Travel uses Travel Insured. The Worldwide Trip Protector with Cancel For Any Reason gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip cost back. It includes benefits like trip cancellation protection, primary emergency medical benefits, 24-hour travel assistance, and more. This plan also has smart benefits that can proactively pay your clients and simplify the claims process with no receipts required.

IMPORTANT: ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ MUST be purchased at the time of booking. You cannot add ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ after your initial deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). We will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. You will be required to accept or decline insurance coverage when you make your deposit.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Bridie Travel will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers. Bridie Travel is confident in their pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Bridie Travel, please allow them an opportunity to price match.
