Where to stay?

We have organised an online booking systems with both the Crowne Plaza Hunter valley and also Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. On the day of the wedding, a coach will be organised to pick up/drop off groups of guests to/from the wedding from both of these hotel.

Guests wishing to book by phone should call through to In-House Reservations on 02 4991 0970 during business hours, Monday-Friday, and quote booking code "SB2"
Please be advised that their website will close 30 days prior to their wedding, Guests still wishing to book must call our In-house reservations on 02 4991 0970 and quote “SB2” . If you wish to cancel or change reservations this must be done prior to 60 days of arrival to avoid any penalty.
**Please note that their central reservations team does not have access to their reduced rates, the above direct number must be used**
