A non-refundable* deposit per person is due to secure your room. Placing the deposit secures the room and we have flexibility to add or remove travelers up until 60 days prior to travel.

What you will see on your Credit Card Statement:
• Credit Card payments are processed manually therefore; you will not see the transaction immediately on your credit card.
• Payments will be processed with through supplier CLASSIC VACATIONS.
Should you cancel with insurance before the final payment date, any eligible refunds will be awarded directly from travel insurance provider.
If you cancel after the final payment date, you are responsible to file a claim to receive your refund with the insurance company. We will provide documentation if needed.

We've chosen to stay at the Dreams Macao Beach Resort & Spa an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!
To make things simple, we've hired a Groups Travel Agent team, Travel with the Trio, LLC, to help our guests arrange accommodations. They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. There is a 3 night stay minimum.
This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort for longer within our discounted room block.
2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per room is due in order to secure your room.
3. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up 3 adults.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We have limited rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.
5. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass which is subject to availability.
6. Please feel free to book your own flights to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
*Words of Advice*
If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

CHANGES/LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - If any changes are needed, please ensure they are submitted in writing. Please note that changes requested after the balance due date must be paid fully upfront, even before confirmation.
Changes made within 65 days prior to travel will incur a $100 fee per guest.
DETAILS FOR BOOKING YOUR ROOM - To be a part of our wedding group, kindly book through the group rates provided by Travel with the Trio LLC, rather than booking directly with the hotel. We've secured competitive group rates and a room block to simplify the process for our dear family and friends.
Our rates include room rates per person per night in USD, and all taxes and gratuities.
Please note that travel protection and transfer transportation are not included but can be added or purchased prior to final date.
It's important to note that, to book at these rates, you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
Here's what you can anticipate after securing your spot:
- A booking confirmation email with acknowledgment.
- A receipt displaying your room category, dates, and remaining balance.
- A separate email with travel insurance process and acknowledgment form (to be completed if declined).
- A friendly reminder email 2 weeks before your final payment date.
- An email 60 – 45 days prior to your trip to request your flight information and if you would like to add round trip transfer.
- An email 2 weeks before your travel date, containing links to your final travel documents.

The nearest airport to the resort is Punta Cana Airport (PUJ). We recommend booking your flights as early as possible.
You can arrange your own flight reservations with your preferred airline, allowing you to maximize any accumulated points or miles.
However, it's important to note that if you choose to book your flights through Travel with the Trio LLC, there will be an additional transactional fee of $39, and you won't be able to redeem points or miles for your booking.
While Travel with the Trio LLC strives to offer competitive flight prices, please be aware that they cannot guarantee better deals than you might find independently. There could be situations where they are unable to book your airfare if they don't have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines.
Furthermore, Travel with the Trio LLC cannot facilitate using credit card points or miles toward your flight booking. To aid in your flight search and pricing monitoring, you can explore two of their recommended websites.
To ensure a smooth transfer experience, Travel with the Trio, LLC will reach out to each guest 60 days prior to travel to request your flight details. At such time you can add round trip transfer to your reservation.
If not submitted, you'll be responsible for making your transfer arrangements, and we regret that Travel with the Trio LLC will be unable to provide reimbursement.
Please note within 30 - 90 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.
