We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding week! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange your all-inclusive hotel rooms.

We've chosen to stay at Dreams Natura, and we would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

The travel dates are May 27-June 3, 2023. The rates provided below are available within this group for these specific dates.   Our wedding will be held on May 31, 2023

To reserve your room & guarantee the rate, your deposit must be made no later than March 3, 2023. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular & sell outs frequently; if you would like a room in addition to our current inventory & it's not appearing when you go to the booking form, please contact Melanie as soon as possible.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due no later than March 3, 2023, in order to secure your room at these all-inclusive room rates. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

What does this rate include?

The airport we're flying into is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it with your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included BUT you need to notify Melanie what your flight details are if you want this complimentary service. A form will be sent to you requesting this information; please complete it as soon as possible.

Consider using miles or credit cards points if you have them.

*Word of Advice*

*If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc...). Pack a small bag with swimwear & other necessities to use & explore the resort while you wait for your room to be ready.

*Please give yourself at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.*

Why do I need travel insurance?

Because sometimes... you have to cancel a trip last minute. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs - including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels and flights - if you have to cancel for a covered reason.

Travel delays leave you stranded

Travel insurance can reimburse your for eligible meals, accommodation, and transportation expenses during a covered delay.

You get sick or hurt when you're far from home

Travel insurance can reimburse you for care following a covered medical emergency while traveling. We can even arrange and pay for a medical evacuation, if needed.

You need help in a hurry

Whether you're planning a week-long road trip or a weekend getaway, you never know what may happen. Travel insurance gives you access to our 24-hour assistance hotline for expert, personalized support in a crisis.

Your passport must be valid 6 month from your return date

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew yours, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing times have increased, causing massive delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding, and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this NOW. Routine processing times are currently about 13 weeks but you can pay for expedited services in certain cases.

Please also check the expiration date on your current passport, it must be valid for 6 months from your return date.

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.

But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

PLEASE READ!

Packages reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Melanie will do her best to honour the discounted rate outside of the current group allocation; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner your reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfers (flights are NOT included).

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100 USD per person/per day.

We are confident in our pricing but if you find a cheaper "deal" outside of LMDW, please allow us the opportunity to review and request a price match. We would like do to our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation, please ensure to fill out the credit card authorization form, included as part of the booking form.
