We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Garza Blanca, and have a discounted room block for our guests! This resort is family friendly so feel free to bring the whole family!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, having more guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the Cancun International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun(CUN)

4. A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than March 14th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

5. *We only have a limited # of rooms held*
Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

6. Up to 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay in a room with 2 adults for free. We will need to book them for the transfers but the room, food and beverages will be complimentary. Over the age of 12 will be charged at the same rate as an adult.

7. You will get an invoice prior to me processing your payment. The invoice will show the final amount due.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Shelby and Richard's wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date. Note: Since Covid started, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. Getting appointments has become more and more challenging. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding or travel outside of the USA.

Every guest must have a valid passport- Even children and babies! You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, click below.

The exclusive rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes roundtrip airport transfers.

It is important that all guests book their accommodations through our Wedding Reservation. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the resort, receive the special group pricing and are included in all the wedding activities.

This resort is not allowing guest passes at this time.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of TWIWT please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
