Admist covid in 2021, when it was really hard to meet people in person, with masks and 6 feet distance, Parth and Sejal matched on Hinge. In just a couple of days, Parth closed that distance fast by asking her out for a drink in downtown San Jose. Although, overly cautious of covid, she was taken away by his charm and decided to go outside her comfort zone to meet him. Initially, they would meet just twice a month but he was determined to get to know her! Slowly, they grew closer and realized how strong their feelings were towards one another.
They created many memories throughout their relationship by sharing their interests and hobbies, like traveling, cooking and relentlessly teasing Sejal!
One year later, Parth decided to propose to Sejal in front of the Palace of Fine Arts. Sejal was under the impression she was going to a concert at a museum with her cousins. When she arrived, there he was waiting for her, ready to get down on one knee to ask her to make him the luckiest man alive. Needless to say, Sejal said yes (and then asked if there was still a concert playing!).
