Sam will never forget the first time he laid eyes on his sweet Teresa: he was swiping through a dating app while sitting on the toilet. “Hmm…” he thought. “Not so bad on the eyes.”

A few miles away on a packed Blue Line train, Teresa inspected the profile picture displayed on her phone’s screen. “Hmm…” she thought. “Well, he seems harmless. And he’s a cook from Portland? Tres chic.”

Sam and Teresa gently extended their index fingers and both swiped right, intertwining their fates for all eternity and altering the course of history. After a week of texting, Sam and Teresa agreed to meet up for drinks, where they locked eyes for the first time, at the now-defunct Maude’s Liquor Bar. Sam and Teresa’s first date went off without a hitch.

Three years and one global pandemic later, Sam proposed on the scenic bluffs of Bend, Oregon. Teresa said “yes!” Simply put, Teresa and Sam couldn’t imagine their lives without each other and can’t wait to celebrate their wedding with you in Mexico!
