Airport & Shuttle Information
The best airport to fly into is the Cancun International Airport, which is about an hour drive to the resort. Please feel free to book your own transportation, or use the company below.
Guests have two ways to books transportation to and from the airport. You can either go into your hotel reservation and add on the transfer, or you can message the in-house transfer company. Please see details below:

TRANSFER INFORMATION:
- Shared: there is a 30 minutes waiting time (maximum) for more passengers to arrive and share the transportation with, this waiting time starts after making contact with our staff at the welcome area, after this time the unit departs heading to Hard Rock hotel Riviera Maya.
- Private: after contacting our staff at the welcome area, they'll call your unit to approach and once you are onboard will depart heading to Hard Rock hotel Riviera Maya immediately. Time lapse of this process: less than 10 minutes.
*Children with 0-2 years old are free
*Children with 3 years old onwards, pay a regular rate
*Upon arrival, the total amount per service will be included in your hotel bill to be paid upon check out at the Front desk. *
*The waiting times could vary due to airport security procedures for the accessing of units to the welcome area*
*The transportation is exclusive and straight to the hotel; we do not stop at any other hotel nor other places.
