Wedding Day Transportation
Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to the Boulder Airport and back from our two host hotels. We encourage guests to take advantage of transportation or plan your own ride share. If you are not staying at the hotels, you are still welcome to drive and park at the hotel, or walk/take a ride share to the hotel to catch the shuttle.
3:15 PM - Shuttle stage at hotel for loading.
3:30 PM - Shuttles depart from the Boulder Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites Boulder.
3:45 PM - 4:00 PM - Second shuttle pick-up from Boulder Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites Boulder.
9:00 PM & 10:00 PM - Early shuttle departures returning to both hotels + drop-off at Pearl Street.
11:00 PM - Final shuttle departure to both hotels and Pearl Street.
Wedding Day Parking
Guests are encouraged to carpool to the wedding. Upon arrival, there will be parking attendants to direct you where to park.
For guests who anticipate leaving their cars overnight, you'll be directed to a separate parking lot.
