Please follow these simple instructions when you're ready to book your room:

STEP 1: REVIEW THE DETAILS BELOW. Please review all the information below regarding the resort and rooms available to book. The prices of the rooms are listed per person. Pricing is only valid for travel May 1-8, 2024.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM. When you know your travel dates and which room you'd like to book, go ahead and complete the reservation form (below). Note: Bedding preferences will be requested, however, they cannot be guaranteed.

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR INVOICE. After you have submitted the reservation form, Megan or Cara will email you an official invoice + a travel insurance quote.

STEP 4: APPLY YOUR DEPOSIT. Once you have reviewed all the details and the insurance quote, you will apply your deposit. You will receive an updated invoice once your payment has been applied.

STEP 5: YOU'RE BOOKED! Now it's time to book your flights, if you haven't done so already. Once you book your flights, you can forward your flight confirmation to cara@bridietravel.com or send it in via the form that will be emailed closer to travel.

You will receive plenty of email reminders from Bridie Travel reminding you to make a monthly payment (if you wish), to submit your flight info and a final payment reminder. You will also receive more information as you get closer to travel to help you better prepare for your trip.

The heart of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa is “The Village”, its exclusive area with a wide range of gastronomy and leisure outstanding luxury services for families, friends and couples. Kids exclusive zone is also located inside an island-shaped special area.
All resort’s areas are connected by an innovative system of artificial canals, designed in order to facilitate guest’s transport by boat. Floating platforms with sofa chairs along the canals are the latest news to experience.

Please include the 2nd guest’s email address under ‘Email Address 2’ so both guests will receive a copy of the invoice along with future emails from Bridie Travel that are related to your trip. IMPORTANT! Submit your flight info to Bridie Travel no later than Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

After you book your flight you’ll need to submit your flight itinerary to Bridie Travel. We need this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Cancun International Airport (CUN) arrival and departure transfers, in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning wedding events.

You can submit your flights one of two ways:
1. Enter your flight information via the online form that will be emailed out closer to your departure date.
OR
2. Forward a screenshot of your arrival and departure fights showing your airline, flight number, arrival/departure dates and times, as well as your confirmation number from the airline to Cara at Bridie Travel (cara@bridietravel.com). Flight schedules can be forwarded at any time.

Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc. There is some coverage regarding COVID and pandemics, including testing positive prior to departure. A rise in COVID cases is not a reason to cancel, which is why Cancel For Any Reason is very important to add.

Bridie Travel uses Travel Insured. The Worldwide Trip Protector with Cancel For Any Reason gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip cost back. IMPORTANT: ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ MUST be purchased at the time of booking (or within 14 days of deposit). You cannot add ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ after 14 days of your initial deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Megan will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be required to deny coverage at time of deposit.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Megan will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 31 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers. Megan is confident in her pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Bridie Travel, LLC please allow her an opportunity to price match.
