We are thrilled to kick off our wedding celebrations with a special Welcome Event, and we would love for you to join us!

This will be a relaxed evening to gather with friends and family, share some laughs, and get ready for the big day ahead. There will be food, drinks and music so come ready to enjoy the festivities.
Directions & Map

The welcome event will be located on the Sunset Garden. This is number 70 on the map provided.

We are having a set dinner menu but can accommodate all allergies/restrictions in advance 


Schedule

There will be buses for transportation to the wedding venue from the main entrance at the Hard Rock Hotel. Please meet at 3:15pm.

Notes

PICK UP IS AT 1:30pm AT THE MAIN LOBBY! transportation is provided!

This is an private boat cruise for our guests! $60 (USD) cash for open bar, food and round trip transportation. This is due upon arrival at the dock. We encourage everyone to come!
