We will kick off the 3 day event in style, heading over to SEEN Beach Club for a day of drinks, food, tanning, tunes and a swim-up bar by the poolside & beach.
We have a reserved area which is child friendly and have a food & drinks package so each guest will get their choice of burger for lunch and 2 hours of Open Bar drinking from 1-3pm (Juices, Soft Drink, Beers and Spirits). SEEN is in Chaweng, the central part of the island. You can also choose to wonder around the town to check out shops, spas, etc.
We have organised transport to get there which will leave at 12pm from Avani Hotel (approx 40 minutes drive). For those that want to go 'out-out' after SEEN there are plenty of bars/clubs however you may not want to miss the 'special acts' performing from 8-11pm at SEEN ;). For those that prefer to return to the hotel - feel free to do so whenever you wish throughout the day or evening and head back to Avani (taxi or tuk tuk can be ordered at SEEN reception).
Please let us know if you cannot make it so we can ensure transport from the hotel to SEEN is organised for the correct numbers.

Travel & Times
- We have transport organised from Avani > Seen @ 12pm.
- Choice of burger and chips provided + 2hr free flow drinks 1-3pm
- International DJ's from 8pm
After you have enjoyed your morning and lunch, we will have long-tail boats ready from Avani beach to bring us to the nearby island of 'Koh Mad Sum' (20-40 minute travel depending on tide) for an afternoon of fun! For those that want to go snorkelling at the nearby reef, off Koh Tean island before joining everyone else on Koh Mad Sum where you can swim and enjoy beach activities (including patting the Beach Pigs) plus of course enjoying some drinks. We will return to Avani with an amazing view of the sunset.
On Koh Mad Sum there is a small bar that sells snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for you to enjoy. We advise you have lunch beforehand.
Please let us know if you cannot make it so we can advise the hotel on correct number of boats needed. Sunscreen and towel is essential. On the day you will need 300 THB to cover insurance (250) and seating on Koh Mad Sum (50) per person, plus easier for buying drinks / snacks.
After freshening up post beach activities, come join us for a chilled Thai BBQ Buffet at Avani to enjoy a final mingle before the big day!
If you aren't partaking please let us know so we can organise expected guests with the restaurant. We tested this menu out on our trip to Thailand in Feb and it was fantastic! Cost: 800 THB.
The Big Day
Please make your way to Avani's beach by 4.00pm for a 4.30pm Ceremony. Dress code: Semi-formal, avoid... Guys - beige/'sandi' chinos + white shirt combo. Girls - green dresses.
*All Wedding day events are on the beach so heels may not be best.
- Cocktail Hour (5pm) - Sit Down Dinner (6.30pm) - "Partay" on the Beach w/ Dancefloor (7.30pm-late).
