Our love story began in 2015 when Phillip and I met on a social website. After a couple of weeks of flirtatious get to know eachother, I gave him my number and he called. That first phone call was refreshing and left us both intrigued. To say the first date was amazing would be an understatement.
We had our first date at the Cheesecake Factory in Southlake, it was a first visit for both of us. Phillip googled restaurants in Southlake, since it was midpoint location for both of us. Neither one of us remember what we ate that night but the connection was hard to forget. That we made a date for the next day to BWWs and watch the basketball game.
We fall in love with sports and traveling. He took me to my first camping trip, and I fell in love with traveling, and found my travel partner for life.
We're truly blessed that God chose to bring us together, we've shared so many wonderful moments. We can't wait for forever...
Five plus years later, we've fallen madly in love. It's been a wonderful ride. We've learned things along the way and made some of the best memories.
Phillip popped the question on our family trip together. I was honored to say yes.
It was in a family cruise vacation, I thought it was just one of many family vacation with both of our families together turned into the sweetest proposal and surprisingly enough caught me totally off guard. He suggested we take a stroll to see what we'd get into next. Hand in hand, we start down the beach in St. Lucia. He was on bended knee and that's when I was on cloud nine.
We can't wait for this blessed new chapter to begin.
