For those flying from within the U.S. (or those connecting through the U.S.), Kayak.com has a price trend function (top left of the page) which tells you the best time to buy your ticket (prices change everyday). Typically, prices are the lowest when you book (not to be confused with travel) your ticket on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Panama is a pretty easy city to move around, Uber is legal in Panama and its the best way of getting from one place to another. Please let us know as soon as you book your flight so we can start accommodating transportation from the city to where the ceremony will take place, BuenaVentura Golf and Beach Resort (2 hours away).

Panama does not require a Visa to enter the country, however you do need a valid passport (you need to plan your travels 6 months prior to expiration date).

The agent in custom may randomly ask you to show a return ticket and a valid credit card or $500 dollars in cash.

Since in March we are in summer season in Panama the weather can get hot, with temperatures at around 80 to 90 Degrees Fahrenheit (or 26 to 32 Degrees Celsius). We recommend you pack comfy and light clothes!

Are you requiring proof of vaccination?

Yes, both Mark and I kindly ask you to bring proof of your vaccination to the wedding. We want to take all the precautions to keep our guests and loved ones safe.

Do I need to wear a Mask?

It is not mandatory that you wear a Mark during the wedding, since we are asking for proof of vaccination. According to the CDC fully vaccinated people can gather withouth the necessity of wearing a mask. But we understand if you want to wear one, there will be masks provided to those who decide to wear one.

Is the Ceremony and Reception Outdoors?

Yes, both the Ceremony and the Reception will be held outdoors.

What are Panama’s requirements to fly there?

Negative Covid Test at least 48 hours before flying. You need to bring proof of having tested negative for Covid. Please feel free to contact either Mark or me if you need more information on this.

Will testing be available in the Hotel?

Yes, for your guests convenience there will be a covid19 testing station in the Hotel.

Will there be sanitazing stations?

Yes, we are going to provide our guests with different sanitazing stations so that they feel comfortable through the night.
