For those of you who have a certain affinity with the sea, there are a several high-speed ferries from Athens (2 ports: ‘Piraeus’ and ‘Rafina’) to Mykonos daily.

There is a standard taxi fare from Athens International Airport to Piraeus at 50 euros (65 euros from 00.00-5.00), and to Rafina at 40 euros (50 euros from 00.00-5.00).

The port of Piraeus is also accessible from the airport via suburban rail and a regular express bus service.
