WEDDING WEBSITE FORMAT
What should I wear?

Wear whatever you would normally wear to a wedding or cocktail party!

The weather in Nova Scotia in November can be cold and dreary, so wear whatever you need to keep yourself warm and dry on the way to the party - we will have an area set up for coats and boots.

Most importantly, make sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Where can I park?

There is plenty of on-street parking in the area (and it's free after 6pm!). There are also paid parking garages nearby - 1557 Granville Street or 1815 Upper Water Street.

If you are staying across the street at the Hollis Hotel, they have free valet parking for guests of the hotel.

For those of us who will be partaking in a beverage or two, UBER is the best way to get to and from the venue.

What's the food/drink situation?

In an effort to spend as much time mingling with everyone as we can, we have opted for a stand up reception - meaning there will be hand passed hors d'oeuvres served throughout the evening, as well as snacking tables set up throughout the venue (don't worry - there will be lots to go around). We will have a variety of options for our friends with food sensitivities but if you have any specific dietary concerns, please reach out to us!

There are two bars in the venue (one on the main floor and one on the second floor). Both will be fully stocked with beer, wine, hard liquor, and non-alcoholic options. The cocktail hour will be our treat, but after that you're on your own!

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Only children in our immediate families will attend the ceremony. And while we love your kids (a lot!!), we truly want you to let your hair down and enjoy the evening so the party will be adults-only.
