Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen to stay at the Finest Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us! We will be staying at the resort from 7/10-7/17.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.
3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

While we can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach an agent, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Blaine-Gerrard wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our travel agent will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes roundtrip airport transfers (select no when asked if transfers are needed.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Dowdy Travel, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight with Dowdy Travel, LLC. there will be an additional fee of $50 per person. Please contact Jill to book flights.
All guests will be required to have a valid, non-expired US passport book (not a card) to fly into the Dominican Republic - even children.
You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of our Payment Plans. It is interest-free!
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per room is due no later than January 11, 2023, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
