Shuttles will be available from both hotels. If you are a Madison area guest you may consider taking an Uber/Lyft to either of the hotels to then catch a shuttle and do the same for your return trip. 

Easiest to fly in and out of the beautiful and convenient Madison Airport.

The 2nd closest airport is Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee. A quick 1-1.5 hour drive between Milwaukee and Madison. There are also buses that leave from the Milwaukee Airport to Madison. 

Chicago is a 2.5-3 hour drive to Madison and has two airports, O'Hare and Midway. Consider taking the bus or driving from either of these for typically cheaper and more flight options.
