COVID-19
The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance for us. We want everyone to enjoy their time while also feeling safe and comfortable.
Although we would love for you to be with us on this special day please stay at home if:
• you are sick with any symptoms (not just those connected to COVID-19).
• you live with someone presenting COVID-19 symptoms.
• you have been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19.
Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and Summerour Studio are both abiding by all social distancing recommendations and guidelines. Peachtree Road United Methodist Church will have masks available for guests and there will be pews sectioned off to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Summerour Studio is a 10,000 square foot venue. Although there is currently no rule on size of private events, we are following Summerour's guidelines on number of guests to allow guests and tables to stay six feet apart and social distance.
Below are some of the procedures that Summerour Studio has implemented and are abiding by in order to safely host events.
• Temperatures of all staff members will be taken upon arrival
• Event spaces will be thoroughly detailed before each event, including tables, chairs, satellite bars, and any other venue-provided equipment
• Hand sanitizing stations to be placed at entry & throughout the venues
• Plexi glass partitions will be set up on all of the bars
• All high-contact surfaces will be sanitized throughout the event – i.e. restrooms, door handles, bar surface, cocktail table surfaces, etc.
