Please join us for welcome drinks and snacks from 7.30 p.m. in the terrace of the Carriage House, Adare Manor.
We do recommend you make pre or post dinner reservations if you are very peckish.
Reservations can be made in the restaurant area of the carriage house.
Please do let us know if you can attend by replying within the RSVP section.
Please ensure to reply for each member of your party separately.
You can list your dietary requirements under the RSVP section for the wedding celebration.

Transport for the ceremony
The wedding ceremony will take place in Holy Trinity Abbey in Adare Village at 3 p.m.
We will have transport from the front of the ballroom entrance in Adare Manor from 2.20 p.m. until 2.40 p.m.
Adare village is the main route for anyone travelling along the road from Limerick to Kerry and as such always has lots of traffic.
If you are staying in the Dunraven Arms Hotel the church is a very short stroll from the hotel.

Post the ceremony, there will be two options for transfer to the manor. Coach transport from the front of the church to the manor and for those who wish to walk, there will be transport located inside the gate of the manor (opposite the Dunraven Arms Hotel)

We are really restricted with our numbers and whilst we would like to have unlimited guests attend, unless your invitation specifically lists the name of your guest, we do not have space for any additional guests.
We will be providing transport from the front of the manor to the old Dunraven Gate. This is located just inside the grounds of Adare Manor and opposite the Dunraven Arms Hotel. From here it is approx 200 m to the church.
The Welcome party, ceremony and reception are all adults only. Children are welcome at the day 2 party at Chawke's pub, however it should be noted that children are generally not permitted in pubs in Ireland after 8 p.m.
The closest airport to Adare Manor is Shannon International airport, which is approx. 27 miles from Adare Manor.
The cost of a taxi from Shannon to Adare is between €65 and €80 euro.
Whilst Uber does exist in Ireland, the fastest way to call a taxi is by downloading the Free Now App. which allows you to book and track taxis.
Please note Adare village is quite rural and there can be a delay in securing a taxi
Dublin airport is located 138 miles from Adare Manor and the journey time is approx. 2 hours, 20 minutes.
All the major rental agencies are available at the airport, remember to request an automatic in advance.
In Ireland cars drive on the left hand side of the road. The road from Dublin airport to Adare is a motorway for the majority of the journey and does have two toll sections on this. If you are hiring a car, request a toll tag from your rental company.
If you are travelling with children, please note in Ireland an appropriate child seat is required for all children under 8 years of age or 4'9" in height in every car (apart from taxis).
There is a bus from Dublin airport to Adare village.
It may not be possible to hire a taxi for travel to Adare without pre-booking
If you require a driver from Dublin airport to Adare you can try Amex Travel Concierge who charge between €340 and €370 or Blacklane who charge between €410 and €445.
There are 4 pubs in Adare village, all located within 2 minutes of each other.
Pubs in Ireland usually open from 10 a.m. through to 11.30 p.m.
Each pub in Adare serve food all day, however most kitchens will close at approx. 9 p.m.
Adare village have lots of great eating out options.
The Manor has the carriage house, the Michelin Starred Oak room and then more casual snacks in the bar areas.
Both the Dunraven Arms and the Woodlands have great options for eating.
Some restaurants do require advance bookings for dinner.

If you are staying in Adare Village, the tourist information office for the village is located in the middle of the village, beside the church.
A day trip to the Cliffs of Moher can be arranged through the concierge at the manor or you can drive yourself. It is advised to book in advance
Another great visit that would only take a few hours, is the Foynes flying boat museum, the birthplace of Irish Coffee.
There are a limited number of rooms available in both of these properties below and we do advise you to book as soon as you can
Room Reservations
There are a number of rooms available on our room block at Adare Manor.
Rooms are booked for Friday 29th, Saturday 30th and there are also a small number of rooms available for Sunday 1st October.
The manor room rate is €660 per room per night.
We also have a number of manor lodges available for the wedding dates.
These are made up of seven 2 bedroom lodges and two 3 bed cottages.
These are a great option for some of you travelling in groups. The rate for the cottages are €1890 per night, and the rate for the 2 bed lodges are €990 per lodge per night.
The two bedroom lodges hold 4 people and the cottages hold 6 people.

Room Reservations
The Dunraven Arms is located on the main street in Adare, a two minute walk from the church and directly across from the pedestrian gate to Adare.
We have a room block held at this hotel and the rates vary from €240 per room per night, up to one suite available at €500 per room per night. These rooms can be booked for either two nights or for three nights from Friday 29th September through to Monday 2nd October 2023.
