Their first ever holiday as a couple to Egypt over 10 years ago. Craig hated the destination, but Liz as she does, loves being in the sun! They survived the week together and their relationship went from strength to strength...
Their first ever holiday to Cyprus as a family of three. This was the holiday where they found out that as they landed home, Craig had to fly to Canada with the army for three months.
Liz being Liz and loving to travel, she thought it would be a great opportunity to book to celebrate Craig's 30th birthday in the beautiful Venice. They did what they do best, drank wine at 10am, ate amazing food and got lost in the maze of Venice. As you'd expect, they went on a gondela and Craig found it the perfect opportunity to sing 'Just one more cornetto, give it to meeeee'. Even the guy in the background was in hysterics!
This was one of the best pictures Liz ever received from Craig. Liz was at work, and Brooke and Craig was at home being lazy in bed. Craig from day one took Brooke on as his own, and the bond they have has grown over the years, to leading Brooke taking his name as a Redfern.

Liz foolishly decided to sign up for the national three peaks. Craig then booked a beautiful hotel in Wales and took Liz to climb her first mountain. Safe to say, Liz regretted signing up for the monster challenge after the climb!
The first destination ticked off the bucket list. They cycled round central park, visited the obligatory sky scrapers and went to their first Yankees game!
Liz and Craig travelled to New York, and while they were there, he finally gave into to the constant and persistent requests to get a dog! This is where her name came from 'Macy'. The most placid, loving furball ever!!
Craig's always been an active person, running came easy to him. Liz on the other hand was a different story. Over the years they have ran many half marathons and now, Craig is the one that lags behind with Liz the main runner in the house.
Craig will moan daily about taking 'the dogs' out, but he adores them really ;-)
Liz and Craig went to Vegas for Liz's 30th birthday, they hired a car and explored, even travelled an hour for their favorite American chain restaurant Red Lobster!
Both Liz and Craig made it known to everyone there were never going to be anymore children. So when they found our they were expecting, it wasn't just a surprise to everyone else, but more for them! Brooke was ecstatic that she was going to be a big sister, and even Macy looked pleased...
It's fair to say, they both were praying for a boy... but Craig always knew deep down that our beautiful Hallie was a girl. Little did they know at this point the challenges that were ahead with the pregnancy...
After Liz's waters breaking at 17 weeks, being told that she would miscarry, Hallie arriving 10 weeks early was incredible! Hallie went from strength to strength and defied all odds given by the doctors. Their perfect little 2lb miracle, Hallie Rae Redfern.
Anyone would think Craig had endured labour with the exhaustion on his face.....
Brooke is the best big sister to Hallie. The love they have for each other is unbreakable x
Five long weeks and Hallie was allowed home. However, before they went home they surprised attack mommar and grandad and made a pit stop at the Petwer Pot.
Liz wasted no time in booking their first family holiday to Rhodes with their friends. Hallie was like her big sister and a water baby!

They finally bought their first house together for their girls. Of course, the first request from Craig was to buy chickens! 7 to be precise! With their family and friends, they made the house their beautiful home.
Liz's favorite breed, Craig had a weak moment during lockdown, and gave in to buying two Dachshunds Coco & Cookie (aka Dobby)
Mexico, the holiday that they never thought would never happen, but by far their best holiday of all time with the best friends Danielle & Andre.
In Newcastle visiting Liz's family, Craig finally bit the bullet after years of 'subtle' hints from Liz (subtle meaning, Liz sending rings, the size and a breakdown of costs). He finally got on one knee and made an honest woman of her. Liz as most people know, finds out everything, but this was a complete surprise. Craig didn't even get the chance to say those four words, as Liz was too excited and screamed said YESSSSSSSS!
