Our timeline starts in the borough of Kutztown 2015, when we first met! With how competitive both are, it is very like us that the first time we locked eyes was across a kitchen island playing flip cup. Due to what we were drinking that night, we're not sure who's team won, but it was a night that would start the beginning of our story. Through college, we would attend each others date functions and formals, spent some time in each others hometowns, and in 2017, I finally made the smart decision to ask her to officially go out with me. (We still wonder what took me so long)
After a year or so of dating, we then made a huge step in our relationship by moving into our own place together! It was our space where we really learned about each other. Our morning habits, what our opinions were on a "clean room", how hot/cold we keep the thermostat, the normal. It was also where we first became pet parent's, bringing our two cats Zuko and Zoey into our lives! There were many good memories made in the Lehigh Valley, but in not even two years, an ever bigger move was made. Linds was heading to Chi Town!
During a trip we had to South Carolina in 2020, we had a layover in Chicago before landing in Allentown's airport. I'll never forget the look in Lindsey's eyes as she saw the emerald tinted lake, the beaches, and the beautiful architecture that makes up what is Chi-Town. She looked at me and said, "we have to visit here". That year we visited family and explored the city for our anniversary, and it was not even two months later when Linds found an opportunity to move out there. About a year and a half later, I was able to make the move to join here, where we have started are most recent chapter that is still being written. Some fun parts of this section of the story has included traveling to Hawaii and Aruba, meeting so many new, fantastic people, and oh yes, POPPING THE QUESTION AND HER SAYING YES! Cheers to the good time's we've had so far, and what we have to come. We look forward to you joining us to be huge part to our ever-growing story on March 1st!
