Fly into Portland, OR (PDX)

Easiest way to get to Hood River is to fly into PDX. Hood River is an hour east of PDX. We use Kayak or Southwest to book flights. Flights are pretty cheap right now so we suggest booking sooner than later

Getting to Hood River

Getting from Portland to Hood River is about an hour and 15 mins by car. We suggest renting a car as Uber will get you there but there are not many Uber’s in Hood River

Hiking

There are world-class hikes all up and down the Gorge. See Multnomah Falls or take a drive across the Bridge of the Gods nearby. Both the Washington side and the Oregon side offer tons of hikes of various lengths and lots and lots of waterfalls.
