Our Wedding Ceremony will be held on the grounds of the Hotel Valldemossa, a beautiful boutique estate in the heart of the valley of Valldemossa, on the east coast of the island, Mallorca.
Our dinner reception will be held at Finca Son Termes, a XII Century private estate on the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, a Unesco World Heritage site.
4pm - Welcome drinks at Hotel Valldemossa
4.30pm - Ceremony at Hotel Valldemossa
5pm - Canapé Reception at Hotel Valldemossa
6.pm/6.15pm - Shuttles depart from Hotel Valldemossa
6.30pm - Cocktail Reception at Finca Son Termes
7.30pm - Dinner Reception at Finca Son Termes
10.30pm - Dancing at Finca Son Termes
12am - Shuttle service begins
2am - Last shuttles
We will be arranging transport for guests from the towns of Valldemossa, Deia, Soller and Port of Soller.
Please be sure to list your hotel when you RSVP. If you have yet to book your accommodation, please contact our Wedding Planner, Mandy Lago, as soon as you book it so that she may include you in the shuttle service. You can contact her on laurenandwilliam@alagoevents.com.
Your pick up time and location will be provided shortly before our wedding weekend.
If you are not staying in one of the recommended hotels or towns you will still be able to join the shuttles. Our wedding planners will let you know where your nearest pick up point and time will be.
In the evening there will be multiple shuttle departure times available returning to all pick up points.
