The Ceremony & Reception

Due to current events and in the best interest of everyone's safety and health, we have decided to have a hybrid style cocktail hr/reception from 12-5pm at The Park Chateau. After the ceremony, cocktail hour/reception will be provided in a space open to the outdoors for proper airflow and a tented space will be placed for dining. For your convenience, masks will be provided when in public spaces (such as bathrooms or areas of close proximity). Tables will be spaced in a way to allow for social distancing. Food will be served "cocktail style" for the 5 hour event (no formal sit down dinner). All food will be served by Park Chateau staff members who are masked and gloved appropriately. We hope this brings comfort in knowing that the venue and our families are putting your health and safety first as we celebrate together!
The ceremony begins at 11:30 AM. We ask you arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you are seated prior to ceremony start time! Enter through the main entrance and someone will assist you from there.
If you plan to attend after party events at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (and will be drinking), we ask you please to park at the hotel by 10:45AM and take the shuttle to the Park Chateau and back. If not, there is a parking lot on site at the Park Chateau where you can park by 11:15AM.
Cocktail hour and reception will follow until 5 PM at the Park Chateau.
*For your convenience & safety, masks will be provided upon entry if you would like to take one
Proceeding the reception, after party events will continue at 6pm in an outdoor space located at the restaurant and bar "Tavern on George street" in New Brunswick NJ. This is approximately 1 block from the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick where we will be staying. If you desire, change out of your fancy clothes and get more comfortable as we continue to celebrate throughout the evening! There will be live music and continued food and drinks provided.
If you desire to attend the after party and will be drinking throughout the day, please park at the Hyatt Regency Hotel by 10:45AM and take provided transportation to and from the Park Chateau. When we return, we can walk to the restaurant to continue celebrating!
*The restaurant will be abiding to social distance guidelines and food will be served in individual servings for easy and safe access. They will be ensuring cleanliness of all areas for the safety of all guests. Please bring a mask with you to wear when not eating/drinking as this is an outdoor space.
*In the event of inclement weather, we will move after party events indoors at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, New Brunswick NJ.
