Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?
No. We encourage our guests to be vaccinated against covid-19, but is not required.
Do I need a negative test to get in to Mexico or back into the US?
No! Neither the USA or Mexico require any testing or vaccination to enter or exit either countries. Yay!
Do I need a Covid test to get in to the Wedding?
YES. You must provide a negative Covid test within 72 hours of the reception to gain entry into the Botanical Garden grounds. The Garden is a historical location and is federally operated, hence the negative Covid test requirement.
Where can I get a Covid Test?
There are 2 labs within walking distance of the Etnobotanico Jardin for 800 pesos (approx. $40 USD) that provide results within 6 hours. They will email you the results.

Do I need to rent a car to get around Oaxaca?
NO. The city is very walkable!
You will take a cab from the airport (about 20-25 mins to the city center). You can walk just about everywhere once you get to the center of town.
At the airport, there is 1 kiosk for Taxi. Tell them you are going to area Centro & you'll pay a flat fee. They'll put you in a taxi van outside. It is safe.
