For our guests from the Portland area and traveling from out of town, here is some general information about COVID-19 safety measures in Oregon and for our events.
· If you're flying into Portland, taking public transportation into or around Portland, and/or using taxis or rideshare (Lyft, Uber), please remember that face masks are required for passengers.
· Oregon has an indoor mask mandate, so remember to wear a face mask in open-to-the-public indoor spaces. Examples include stores and public areas in hotels (lobbies, elevators, hallways, public restrooms); restaurants will also require face masks while not eating or drinking.
· Oregon has an outdoor mask mandate for areas that are open-to-the-public where you cannot maintain physical distancing.
· As a general rule, please default to the COVID-19 safety measures posted or provided in any open-to-the-public space, business or venue you are visiting.
· If you are feeling sick with symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you get tested for COVID-19 and/or opt-out of attending in-person events for our wedding.
· For entry into our event, Migration Brewing is requiring that all attendees 16 years of age or older provide proof of vaccination for COVID-19. Acceptable forms of proof include a picture on your phone, photocopy or original copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card that shows you have completed a 1-dose or 2-dose COVID-19 vaccination. You will receive a wristband upon entry, so you will only need to show your proof of vaccination one time. Guests under the age of 16 do not need to provide proof of vaccination.
· You will need to wear a face mask when not eating or drinking. This includes when you arrive at the venue, and when using public restrooms.
· We expect all our guests ages 16 or older are either vaccinated for COVID-19 or take a COVID-19 test showing a negative result within 3 days prior to our event.
· All event staff will be wearing face masks.
· Masks are required in all public areas of Jupiter NEXT, including the first floor lobby, hallways, elevators/stairwells, and restrooms.
· Our private event space encompasses the entire 2nd floor of Jupiter NEXT, including the Flex Space (2nd floor lobby), Arium Ballroom, and Secret Garden. These areas are adjoining indoor/outdoor spaces and we will keep windows and doors open to maximize airflow.
· While masks are not required in the Arium Ballroom or Secret Garden, as these are private spaces, guests are encouraged to follow masking protocol that makes them feel most comfortable.
· Masks are required in the Flex Space (2nd floor lobby) except when eating, drinking, or taking photos/video. We will have a hosted bar and plenty of food for you to enjoy from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, as well as a photo booth.

Valet services will be available for our guests at the venue. Please pull up to the entrance to Jupiter NEXT and you will see a sign posted for valet; let them know you are attending Kathleen and Mujtaba's wedding.
