A 3 night minimum stay is required. The price is listed below under each room category. The price is per person based on the number of nights you want to stay within the travel dates of May 31-June 7, 2023. If you want to stay outside of the contracted travel dates, the rate is valid for 3 nights pre and post for the travel dates of May 31-June 7, 2023, but space is not guaranteed 3 nights before or after of May 31-June 7, 2023.

What Does This Rate Include?
The rate includes all of your taxes and fees, as well as your private round-trip airport/resort/airport transfers.

Do NOT book your flight to San Jose (SJO) as that is a good 5+ hour drive to Dreams. Liberia is your best option. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

After you book your flight, please forward your flight itinerary to Megan at Megan@bridietravel.com or enter your flight information using the link below. She needs this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Liberia Airport (LIR) arrival and departure transfers in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning our wedding events.

Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc. There is some coverage regarding COVID and pandemics, including testing positive prior to departure. A rise in COVID cases is not a reason to cancel, which is why ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ is very important to add.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Megan will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be required to sign a denial waiver.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Megan will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 50 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers. Megan is confident in her pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Bridie Travel, LLC please allow her an opportunity to price match.
