Getting to us
Due to limited overnight parking in our local area we recommend finding alternative transport to the wedding as listed below.
However for those of you wanting to drive: Follow the postcode to St Uny church (TR26 3DU). When you get to the grass triangle just before the church (on your right) you will see signs for the beach car park down an unmarked road. Take this road and the wedding will be the second right on that road - you will know once you see it!
Parking
Street parking: On 'Church Road' you are able to park your car for free. However there is often limited parking during the summer months
Beach Car Park: Follow the unmarked road down to the beach car park which is situated on the Quay. There is usually plenty of parking here but there will be a small fee
Lelant Station
Lelant train station (not 'Lelant Saltings') is a 5 -10 minute walk from our house and has direct routes to/from St.Ives and Carbis Bay. We would recommend that our guests bring comfortable walking shoes if choosing to take the train as there is a steep hill.
N.B this is a request stop so pelase ensure the conductor knows that you wish to alight here!
St Erth
Our closest main-line train station is St Erth which has direct links from London, Bristol, Exeter as well as many places in Cornwall.
Getting from St Erth:
Train: There is a connecting train from St Erth to Lelant which is a 10 minute walk to the venue
Taxi: a Taxi from St Erth will take about 10 minutes and should cost around £10-20 (you will need to pre book a taxi)
London Heathrow to Newquay - 1hr 10 minutes
50-minute taxi journey from Newquay Airport to the wedding, or you can rent a car at the airport
We will provide a taxi shuttle to take guests between the wedding venue and Carbis Bay/ St. Ives from midnight as this is where most of our guests will be staying.
