Q. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ENSURE GUEST SAFTEY DURING COVID?
A. We are actively monitoring the local guidelines and will update our website as things change. We will be following the whatever guidelines are required by the state of California. As they currently stand, all guests will have to provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test prior to arriving.
Q. WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE
A. Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Men should wear a suit or a sports coat, no jeans. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses. We're getting married outside, in June, in Napa. It will likely be very warm during the day, but drop in temperature once the sun goes down.
Q. ARE KIDS INVITED?
A. While we love kids, we want you to be able to relax and celebrate with us. So please plan on making arrangements ahead of time as this will be an adults-only event. Please let us know if you need any recommendations on local babysitters.
Q. HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE CEREMONY?
A. We'll be running shuttles from several locations in downtown Napa to and from the venue. You can also drive and park onsite, if desired. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.
Q. DO I NEED A CAR?
A. Napa is approximately 60mi from San Francisco Airport, 50mi from Oakland Airport, and 45mi from Sonoma County Airport. While you can request an Uber to take you up to Napa (it won’t be fast or cheap), we recommend that you rent a car if you are coming in from out of town. Napa is at the south end of Napa Valley and the surrounding area has a lot of attractions and scenic drives that are best suited to having a car.
Q. WHERE DID YOU SAY NAPA IS AND HOW DO I GET THERE?
A. Napa is the southernmost town in Napa Valley, 50mi northeast of San Francisco. Please keep in mind that traffic getting to Napa Valley on the weekends (especially in the summer) can build up significantly. While Google Maps may show an estimate of ~1.25hrs from SFO, this can more than double if during rush hour on a Friday night, as there can be traffic in multiple areas (getting from the airport into the city, getting out of the city, approaching Napa County). There are also a number of different routes from SFO to Napa, please check Google Maps for the most efficient route based on traffic when arriving.
