We first met back in elementary school, apparently it wasn’t love at first sight, even though we dated for a week or two in middle school…. However, fate took us down different paths. Luckily, we did cross paths playing co-ed softball against each other and then eventually on the same team. Even playing softball together, it wasn’t until the fall of 2019 when Jesse asked me to play volleyball with his team, that we really got to know each other better and started dating. It turns out that he was everything I was hoping to find. An amazing man, with a huge heart, that is wonderful with my girls and now my best friend. And I am excited to get to spend the rest of my life with him.
When Julie and I first started playing our coed sports together, she was always so friendly and pleasant to be around. But when we finally got to hang out a little more, I started to realize that she was like a puzzle piece that fit perfectly into my life. I just didn’t know that I was missing any pieces until I found her.
