Fly to Split and take the ferry!
You have two options to get to the ferry port from the airport - a quick local bus which takes 40 minutes or a taxi which takes 30 minutes.
From the port you will get either the fast passenger Catamaran (1.5 hours) or the car/passenger ferry operated by Jadrolinja (2.5 hours). Please find links to the ferry schedules below.

The island is small but the best way to see every beach, cove and vineyard is to rent a car. This can be done on the island through local operators, though car numbers are limited so it would be best to either book well in advance, or rent a car from the airport and drive it onto the ferry.
