When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as you are able to, the RSVP tab on our website is up and ready, if you run into any issues or have any questions please feel free to reach out to us!

I have food allergies/dietary restrictions, will there be anything I can eat?

We are doing our best to be sure that there are multiple options for cocktail hour and dinner, please let us know of any allergies or restrictions when you RSVP, and feel free to reach out to us directly with any concerns! We do currently have vegan and gluten free options that will be available.

Who can I contact closer to the wedding or the day of if I have questions?

I will be sure to update our website with contact info for who will be available leading up to and the day of the wedding to assist anyone who has questions or needs anything.

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we love your kids, we are having an adults only ceremony and reception so we ask that only those listed on the invite attend.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive to the venue 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony start time so we can do our best to keep everything on schedule.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We have an AMAZING photographer who will be there to capture every moment, so we are asking that all cell phones and cameras are turned off and put away during the ceremony. We do hope you take tons of photos once we've said our vows and throughout the reception, and be sure to post them on our website, send them directly to us, or post them using our hashtag on social media #thenewlywoods

Is the ceremony and reception inside or out?

The ceremony will most likely be on the patio-weather permitting- with the reception being mainly indoors. However, cocktail hour will be on the patio and our dinner service will be provided by 3 of our favorite food trucks who will be parked just outside of the venue, so we are hoping the weather cooperates! We will also have patio/outdoor games during our cocktail hour and reception. 

Is there a dress code?

We want everyone to be comfortable and ready to dance and celebrate with us, but we would like to stick to a semi-formal or cocktail attire dress code. 

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a parking lot next to our venue that will be available, as well as spots along Russell Street. We will be having an open bar so we will be setting up a discount code or voucher for those who would like to leave the cars at home or at the hotel and have someone else do the driving!
