Lauren is my little sister, not twin (despite what some people think). With a passion for seeing the world, Lauren has settled in beautiful, balmy Fort Mac with her boyfriend Chrissy-Poo. We spent our childhood playing with Barbies, family trips to the Okanagan + Calgary, fighting over everything + not sharing our clothes. She is a kind soul, my best friend + front runner for catching the bouquet (wink wink).

My older, wiser brother. There was never any doubt for me that he would be my best man. We grew up in Prince George playing Star Wars in the basement, building snow forts + playing street hockey on the driveway before moving to NZ where the back yard became our 1-on-1 rugby field + cricket pitch. Adam studied rocks just long enough to know that he should find work in tech. He now lives in England with his wife Anji where they try to keep up with our favorite nephews William + James.

I met Jenn in University + quickly bonded over Red Bull, two buck chuck, late nights + mischief while attending a summer school in Austria. I quickly became known as Wifey and she quickly became known as Husband. To confuse things even further, we got another Husband on that trip, Nick, who now lives in Toronto. Jenn is in your face, over the top and the most loyal person I know. She is someone I could never get rid of even if I wanted to. She is my loving Husband... hopefully Simon can keep up. He has big shoes to fill.

Chris + I met in LA where we went on Sunday drives, taco Tuesdays + pretended to play beach volleyball. We quickly became so close that he even invited me along on his first date with (his now wife) Cindy. I moved to Canada + the Frantz's moved to North Carolina but now they're back on the West Coast, best coast with their boy Neil + Duey the dog.

Shauna WIlton

I met Shauna 7 years ago when she came to interview for a job. We obviously needed to hire her so I went to find her phone number to offer her the job + realized we lived in the same complex. We have since knocked back a lifetime supply of Strongbow, watched an obscene amount of girly movies, sang our hearts out in the car pool lane + traveled from Vegas to Ireland and back to Vegas. She is an incredible wife to Ryan, a loving mother to Leni + an amazing friend to many.

After 5 years together at high school in NZ, 4 years at Auckland uni, not to mention a European van tour + rooming together in London, Hadles knows me better than he probably ever wanted to. Even after years of continental separation, our lives have continued in parallel... the now most eligible bachelor from our class of '94 will be marrying his Penelope later this year.

It all started when Shauna took me to the Island to see where she used to live. We stayed at Alyssa's + I slept on her floor in her brand new sleeping bag. It's been history since then. From perching on my lap to singing jingles on the way home from work, Alyssa has nuzzled her way into my life. She is a caring friend who can read my mind, a loving mom to Stevi and a wonderful wife to Jamie.

Husband to Liz & father to Fletcher and Elena, Chris is always looking for his next adventure or toy. I called him once to wish him luck on his first marathon. We talked for 5mins before he told me that he was half way through. Blessed with more enthusiasm than sense, Chris is still the best engineer of our class*
