-Denver International Airport (DIA): Approximate 2 hour drive to Vail, depending on traffic and weather conditions

-Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE): Approximate 30 minute drive to Vail

*Suggestion: Avoid traveling during heavy traffic times on Friday afternoon (Denver to Vail) and Sunday afternoon (Vail to Denver).

Epic Mountain Express (previously CME) and Peak One Express shuttle services provide a convenient and affordable way to get to Vail from either DIA or EGE, without renting a car. They offer group travel discounts and private shuttles, as well as individual bookings. Once you get to Vail, the villages are mostly walkable; the Vail Bus System runs frequently throughout the day and night, and is free! Ubers are also available to get around town if needed. 

Please remember to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated as you drive to high altitude. We want everyone to stay healthy all weekend so we can enjoy the party!

Airbnb and Marriott Homes & Villas have numerous amazing vacation homes that may be a fun and affordable option for those traveling in groups. If you are interested, we highly recommend getting one locked in sooner than later! As the ski season approaches, prices may rise and options will diminish.

This hotel is the closest in proximity to the reception venue, and has its own on-site chairlift. It is newly renovated and stunning!

The Marriott in Lionshead is relatively close to our reception venue, and has multiple room, condo, and residence options.

Tip: Take advantage of the complimentary s’mores and hot cocoa bar 3pm-5pm daily.

The DoubleTree is located in West Vail, which is in close proximity to the reception venue. 

Tip: Pamper yourself with the best massage in Vail by booking at Simply Massage inside this hotel.

Due to high demand of hotel rooms during the ski season, and the number of guests who are planning to stay at vacation homes, we do not have a hotel room block reserved. We have provided the above suggestions based on location and/or price, but feel free to stay wherever works for you and your group!

For reference, the wedding ceremony is located in Vail Village and the reception venue is just west of Lionshead Village. Both villages have gondola access to the ski resort. Staying anywhere between East Vail and West Vail would be most convenient, but Avon, Eagle-Vail, and Beaver Creek are also great locations especially for those planning to rent a car.
