To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at The GRAND at Moon Palace Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Food- All Meals, Snacks, and 24-hour Room Service too! There are 9 Restaurants including a Steakhouse, Mexican Cuisine, Seafood Delights and many more!

Drinks/Lounges- All premium wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included in your stay. There are several Bars and Lounges, including swim-up bars.

Unique Dayclub: Come here to escape the everyday. At our adults-only pool bar, you get to enjoy a great afternoon with a live DJ, accompanied by delicious cocktails, beers, drinks, and snacks. What’s more, if you are celebrating a special date, we’ll join the party to help you make it as memorable as possible.

Water Park- The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun always makes a splash. Float in a lazy river, splash in a wave pool and choose from a selection of different thrill-seeking slides. Guests of The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun have access and can enjoy these areas.

Most Activities- Shows, Live Music, Gym, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Cooking, Cocktail making, Wine and Tequila tasting, and Spanish Classes are just a glimpse of what is included in your stay

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Mason-Jones wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than March 1st, 2021, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delay in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

For those guests who need an extra helping hand with their children, the resort works with a specialized Nanny Service in Cancun to provide private child care at the resort.

$18 USD per hour plus 16% Tax - 4 hour minimum service required.

Additional $15 USD nanny transportation any time.

Reservations can only be made once at the resort with Public Relations in the lobby and should be requested at least 8 hours before the service is needed.

The Playroom – Ground Floor This is open to children from 8 - 17 years old. Open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

The WIRED Teen Lounge (ages 13-17) in Main Building Air Hockey Gaming Arcade Dance Floor Snack Bar Open from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.

Please note booking at any other hotel in the Moon Palace complex does NOT allow you access to the GRAND (Our Chosen Resort).

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
